I created Think Brick Dynamic to focus on what I’ve always believed is every organisation’s greatest asset: its people.
30+ years of experience in the tech industry, I’ve held leadership, sales, presales, and value consulting roles at global tech companies, including Trend Micro, BMC Software, VMware, and Pure Storage. Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a passion for enabling people to succeed — whether through enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, strategic account planning, and value-based selling or unlocking creativity and alignment with Design Thinking and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method. I help teams build confidence, clarity, and connection — turning insight into action and driving meaningful, lasting impact.
My mission is to give back by creating spaces where teams can connect, create, and collaborate. Through immersive workshops, real-time strategy sessions, and LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®, I help teams quickly unlock new ideas, shift mindsets, and build shared understanding.
